Fall is here!....already?

So, it's been feeling more like winter to me. We had to harvest everything we could out of our garden before the first frost...more like 20 degrees! I must say, I am not ready for winter to come so soon, but I am pretty excited to start skiing again. In being that the weather is getting cooler, more people are starting to talk about the holidays! I am involved in putting on a very exiting event for the second time this year! It's the holiday MadeFair! Last year was a lot of fun, with about 20 local artists selling their goods, different local music throughout the day, and the entertainment?...bellydancing. Maybe I'll get good enough to perform this year as well, but I'm not holding my breath. This year we are linking up with the new ZooTown Community Arts Center on the north side where there will also be kid activities and more festive cheer to go around! Well, now that I got you all excited for the holidays, I also wanted to let everyone know that I am taking any holiday gift orders as well. If you are not local, and cannot make it to our MadeFair, you can always get in touch with me!

I hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather. I have been loving the season of making lots of soup and zuccinni bread! Happy fall!
